Whether you are new to exercise, a veteran athlete or a casual sports enthusiast, the key to success in health and fitness is a sound beginning.  The club staff at The Lincolnshire Club is committed to your success.  As a new member of the club, the following program is offered as part of your membership and is a proven, effective way to success.

A Smart Start

1. Fitness Assessment:  A fitness specialist will work with you to evaluate your current level of fitness.  Using the Micro Fit computerized fitness assessment the fitness specialist will test your blood pressure and resting heart rate, body fat percentage, strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.  A follow-up assessment is recommended every six months.

2. Med X Strength Exercise Program:  Based on the results of your fitness assessment and your goals, one of our fitness specialists will lead you through our exceptional Med X strength equipment.  They will guide you to the most effective combination of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training.  This will include an introduction to the Core Spinal Fitness System by Med X.
